Looking to determine BW requirements

Thanks for your insight Blair. As for being up-to-speed on SAN’s, I’m a noob. Having a technical background allows me to read and understand specs, but it seems that there are so many ways to list one’s specs, that I have to admit, I start believing the marketing guys, a fatal choice I know.

I’ve decided to contact some other video types at other government agencies to see what they are using, what they like, what they’d do different, and what they paid. If/when we are going to buy something, our IT guys are footing the bill so I’ll give them the specs, and they can go to GSA.
