List all bins at top.. then files..?

January 29, 2009 at 3:38 pmCreate one new bin, name it 1, and put all other bins in it. Twirl down. Create another new bin, name it 2, put all sequences in it.

Thanks for all the feedback and tips! They will all be useful. I just watched Shane Ross’s video on Getting Organized in Final Cut and he has a tip for putting a space before the bin name that I think will work great for now. If I just put a space before all Bin names then all my bins will always be at the top. This is the same as Walter’s suggestion in essence.

January 29, 2009 at 11:43 pmI also should add that I found out that the “Finder” replacement, “Path Finder”, to sort folders at the top by default! It does cost $20 but is far worth the money big time as “Finder” is just not that great of a “finder”, haha.
So my Ubuntu/Windows carry over habits are now complete!
