Kona 3G causing MacPro to freeze after sleep?

Im also having this problem with my LHi card. The odd thing, if the problem is related to OSX bus power management, is why did I not have any problems when using Blackmagic card or the older Kona card i had for testing in this machine?

Ive upgaded firmware, drivers and os without any change.
