Keep voice, remove background noise and music

I am having trouble trying to remove the background music of a video someone sent me taken on their iPhone. Is there anyone out there who wouldn’t mind me sending it to them and they have a go? I have gone through and tried most of the posts on here since 2009 and I feel I must give up soon before my fingers erode away lol!

Audionamix is a company that specializes is isolating dialogue and speech from background noise. IDC (Instant Dialogue Cleaner) is a new plugin that detects speech removes background ambience noise.
