Is my configuration adequate? (4K R3D)

So, i’ve decided to do this on a different computer (2x 2.4Ghx 6-core Mac pro) that currently has the DMB HD 3D+ and a Radeon 5870. My plan is to purchase the new GTX 680 for mac (JUST released) for GPU processing. Issues:
1) This should beat out the available Mac Quadros, correct?
2) It’s only got 2GB. Will this limit me? Should I instead just get a PC version, as there isn’t any real functional difference between the two aside from price, and I could upgrade to a 4GB?
3) Do I have the power/PCI bandwidth to handle this thing?

@Justin Crowell : 2GB should be plenty fine for HD media. If you’re on a budget you could hunt down a GTX570 on eBay, but I’m guessing that since you’re considering the 680 it isn’t. 😉

thanks for link joseph, but i have seen some where, GTX470 also support resolve. do you think its more than enough for resolve with same configuration or else you want to suggest something else in the same range(GTX470). i am not worried for real time play.
