iPhone 6s Video to Handbrake to Premiere Pro (2015 Edition)

FWIW, here we are, 2 years later, in filmicpro v6 and it’s output still plays like dog shit in premiere pro.
i’ve tried various handbrake settings. but it’s still pretty consistently inconsistently chuggy.
