I finally found the reason how it doesn’t work.
Actually, I took the video with NX70 with mts FHD 50i format. My Premiere Pro CS5.5 (all updated) for Win7 no sound when importing mts but have sound when importing with my Mac version of PPro CS5.5
I tried to install many different codec according to the advises from many website but not work in Win7 version.
Finally, I discovered that the problem is on the NXCAM setting. By default setting of my NX70 is not shooting in AVCHD format. My friend used my NX70 shooting in default mode, that’s way their footage cannot import to Premiere Pro CS5.5, but another friend of mine use the same NXCAM shooting in AVCHD setting (he changed the setting to specifically AVCHD), that’s why his mts files has sound. Very insteresting is both friends mts files are located in the same directory and shooting with the same NXCAM.
Besides, why Premiere Pro CS5.5 cannot import mts with sound and Mac did?
Because, Premiere Pro CS5.5 for Win will not determine the file with native AVCHD so it will import if the directory structure like the AVCHD structure but the Mac version can detect the true AVCHD native format and only import the AVCHD native format mts files.Hope it can help you to solve your problem on that.
