The Software FRC from Apple is INCLUDED as part of the FCP6/ FCS2 install.

The FRC for FCP v5.1 and later is on the UB Installer disk in the Extras folder

The version for all previous iterations of Final Cut is available from the Apple and or Panasonic web sites.
