August 20, 2019 at 5:44 amI just rendered out the movie at 23.976 fps and then re-imported it and re-interpreted the footage to 24 fps. However, the video clip is now longer than the audio clip after re-interpreting it. What do I do then?

August 20, 2019 at 6:59 amyou have to replace the audio from the new render as well. Either including it as a duplexed video or changing it in another audio program with speed correction and pitch. It sounds like you simply replaced the video but not audio.

August 20, 2019 at 7:47 pmI’ve had success letting AME do the conversion for me.
But mostly from 23.976 to 24.
Files are sent to a facility for DCP export.
And yes you have to add the audio.
I’ve done this for features as well as shorts.
So far no issues other than one time someone used a demo version of EasyDCP and the damn file had the watermark 😛 -

August 21, 2019 at 2:45 amOkay thanks, are you saying to render out the video and audio both separately, and then bring them both back as separate files?
