    Which numbnuts named a codec jpeg lol, okay thanks,m will just have to mess around in export see which gives me the least lossness and good sound quality.

    Jason, it’s not JPEG, it’s called “Photo-JPEG”

    CLick on ‘4:2:2 C’ and scroll down to PhotoJPEG @ 75% and then look at it in the 4:4:4 section as well.

    Once you wrap your brain around it you’ll appreciate that it is precisely those choices that make FCP so powerful.

    And, think of FCP like playing craps in Las Vegas, there are lots and lots of bets you can make, but just one or two really good bets.
