The Levels is a different/other issue.

January 10, 2016 at 10:43 pmTried 2-Pass and raised the bit rate all the way, didn’t change anything. I’m not sure what you mean about the text item, I just created the text in Photoshop and saved as .png image. There’s six images in total from my graphic design work that I imported to Vegas, when rendered only two of the images look compressed and it’s very obvious but the other four images don’t look compressed at all crystal clear which is weird. I’m not sure why only two images look compressed. All are the same resolution size and everything. I wish I could figure out what’s wrong.
