Any suggestions for a drive that is 250GB+ but a bit more portable? These will be travelling in Pelican cases.

The CalDIgit drives are very portable. They would fit right into a pelican case. AND…you can get a PCIexpress SATA card from them that allows it to work on your MacBook Pro. OR…if you only have a firewire connection, they have the Firewire VR model. Again, swapable drives…daisy chainable.
