HD 25fps – 29.97fps frame rate best conversion

Just make a new 30i project in Avid MC, import the PALness, double click in MC to view, and Avid will convert it to 29 for you.

I need to fix an under cranked shot. Project was set to 29.97 and audio was recording at 29.97 but I shot at 25fps. Do I slow video down 83% to sync with audio or is there a better/cleaner fix? Thanks!
