July 17, 2014 at 10:43 pmI have been looking at CPU upgrades and I can fairly cheaply change to an i7 3770k.
Will I see vast improvements if I did this?

Overall you should see an improvement but you said you were specifically looking to speed up Magic Bullet and if they have GPU support, you may get a better boost by adding an appropriate GPU. I would definitely contact Red Giant and ask them what they recommend (more CPU or GPU power to help Magic Bullet)

That’s great news. So the AMD card should be fine then.
