H4N No Mode option???

How do I fix when I have this kind of problem, when I turn the device on it shows stamina mode on. And when you try go to mode option, I don’t have it. So how do I fix it?

You pull the battery off the back and flip the manual switch to take it out of stamina mode and then restart.
