In your Edit Details screen, click the row number on the left of one of the track 22 events to highlight the entire row and press the Delete key. Keep pressing Delete until there are no more events on Track 22 and it should solve your problem.

I was remiss in saying that Grazie spent a good amount of time with me and it was through his efforts that the ghost track 22 was discovered in the first place. Thanks Grazie. Didn’t mean to shortchange anyone and not give them credit for helping. It wasn’t intentional. My apologies.

This happened again to another project. This time I knew how to fix it.
This time I had six extra tracks and hundreds of files.
    Geez!

I recommend you to send the unfixed project to SCS support, so they could fix this “bug” in the next Vegas updates

How did you start the project? I know you like to use a template that may be from a previous version of Vegas Pro. Did you do that with this project? or did you start with a Vegas Pro 12.0 template? I’m thinking this could have something to do with projects made from older versions of Vegas Pro.

Yes, these were all the PBS projects that I started before we updated the template and the old Vegas10 template was used.
