Hi Bob,
For daylight balance I now use 1/8 minus green, the green spike is unacceptable without it. As for the warranty, FloLight ceased all communication to me and I have given up. I would definitely not recommend these lights to people buying from outside USA. Maybe they are better with their warranties within the USA? My last email I sent “It’s been 20 days since my email and still not response. We will now assume that this warranty is not happening and courier is not picking up? We are pretty disappointed with the outcome of this faulty light that clearly arrived “dead(faulty) on arrival”. I received no response to this. This is the kind of service I would expect if I was buying a dirt cheap LED on ebay.
Not worth losing sleep over.
Also, another array of LED’s has dropped out on one of the lights. The other one still works fine.
I like the build of them, but the customer service has been less than enjoyable.
