Yep; still waiting for this.

Was looking for this feature because:

I’m making a montage of stills, and because of the way the jpgs were aggregated, there are some duplicates that have different filenames (aggregation was done with an IFTTT recipe that puts certain Instagrams into Dropbox.

Ended up with dupes but no quick way to reconcile them.

Sad day.

Very desapointed to realize “finding duplicates” is not possible anymore in FCP X.
It used to be in the former versions of Final Cut Pro. It’s was so handy!
