FCPX Spatial Conform stretched only via Decklink Monitor Output

It’s a regular 16:9 footage, 1920×1080, that DCP has to convert to 1998×1080, Flat DCP, 1.85
The project came from FPCX xml, from a regular 1920×1080 timeline. I followed Mixing Light instructions on how to make a DCP on resolve. Created the timeline for a Flat DCP.
