Faster… Faster! (How can I make it faster?)

I have a question regarding about the same thing. I am about to purchase the newest fcp.I have a cannon t2i which is a DSLR camera very high quality. I just purchased the new mac mini with these specs….2.4 ghz intel 2 duo proc. 3mb shared L2 cache. ive upgraded to 8 ddr3 sdram. it has a 320bg sata drive. with NVIDIA geforce 320m graphics processor with 256mb of ddr3 shared with main memory. will that rub ok? lol ive considered buying ssd of tb.
