Failed to encode video frame and no such track?

Cleared the drive. Problem solved.
Still curious how to get render speeds of above 20fps…

So graphics cards do not help with rendering. Is this correct?
I have a 2009 8 Core MacPro with 14 GB of Ram, a Red Rocket and a Quadro4000.
I am rendering a Red project using Full Res Premium decode to 1920 x 1080.
How can increase render speeds? Obviously a 12 core will help. Anything else?

June 7, 2012 at 5:08 amThe only processing done on the CPU is the codec deco/encode. All image and color processing is done on a gpu. In your case the rocket is debayering the r3d so even that is done off the CPU. The q4000 is definately your bottle neck.
