    Hi We send tv ads over the internet

    we export as quicktime conversion
    quicktime movie
    go to options
    select settings photojpeg
    frame rate 25
    quality 75% or high
    select ok
    under video select size
    1024 x 576
    and select de interlace
    sound
    audio settings select 48Khz

    then hit ok to export and save to where ever
