No, unfortunately there is still no SxS/.mp4 export from Media Composer. Avid supports export to optical XDCAM discs only. The workaround is to play out to an EX30 or export a file and then run it through Vegas, FCP or another NLE that supports writing EX files.

I appreciate your fast response. Thanks for confirming my thoughts after I spent nearly 3 hours reading up on this to no avail. At least now I can tell my boss I did my homework.-DENIS
