EX-3 (back?) – focus problem

fb adjusting didn’t help with mine either. I am sending it back right now.

Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but have been having back focus issues with my EX1 (not EX1R). The firmware has been updated to v1.25.
When I go into the Maintenance menu, the AutoFB adjust has been greyed out. I’ve put the camera in full auto mode, the lens is in Auto focus.
Can anyone suggest anything else to get the Auto FB option lit up?

Emergency over!
Realised that I hadn’t got the zoom servo turned on!
Have done the Back Focus, so looking forward to crisp wide shots again…
