Error rendering MP4

This fix was confirmed. I changed the setting and it worked. Go to File, Render As and then Customize Template. At the bottom of the Video Tab you will find Encode Mode, change it to “Render using GPU only“.
When I went to the System tab of the Customize Template window and clicked on Check GPU I also got “Open CL is available“.
