Ah, I see it, thanks. I was searching under OS Maverick. Not Leopard. Will it still work with OS Maverick?

The highest OS I have with FCP is Mountain Lion, but I think it’s just the way Canon have ‘filed’ their software. I see no reason why it wouldn’t work with Mavericks.
