Edit 4K on FCP 7?

Exactly, why are people saying you can’t finish 4K in FPC7? … I have a 2015 Mac Pro running the latest OSX and I can export 4K easily. I have Premiere but I still LOVE FCP7 better. I’ll use it until they pry it from my dying hands. lol

Well, I was saying so because at the time, what, 2012? At that time I was having issues finishing in 4K. Back then the 4K options were few, and I had a Red project that gave me headaches, that, when I went to Resolve, were better. Finishing wise. Perhaps better workflows have been made…forum help can get out of date.
