All I can tell say is what I’ve already said.
My method works for me using RecordNow as well as Roxio.

have quite often burned a dvd prepped in DVDA, using Nero 6, as a data DVD, partic due to need to include extras.
Never had a problem with the finished product, despite Nero insisting every time that I use their dedicated DVD prep option.
