December 4, 2006 at 12:00 amI’m getting a clear picture now, thanks. So even people who create their own QT plug-ins like the one I use ‘Microcosom” They have to pay a fee to Apple for doing that? People can’t just create their plug-ins?

December 4, 2006 at 5:02 am[izoneguy] “We use it just for that purpose…
Using DVCPRO HD files in AE on a PC.”I’d like to edit in FCP using DVCProHD, export DVCProHD files to a format I can use on a PC, treat that file in After Effects, then render to DVCProHD again so I can use the After Effects-treated file in FCP.
Can Raylight go both from and to DVCProHD?

December 4, 2006 at 3:28 pmTake a look at the website: http://www.dvfilm.com
It says the new version can read back to P2
so I guess that means .mxf…. -

December 5, 2006 at 1:01 amIt includes P2 Maker, which lets you render back out to the P2 Card (or, to hard disk to make a P2-compatible MXF file on the hard disk).
