What kind of graphic card do you have in your system?
We’ve tried reproducing this issue inhouse in our QA labs without any success. It’s frustrating but once we can see the issue inhouse, we can fix it.

August 9, 2010 at 5:47 pmUPDATE: Looks like MotionJPEG Quicktimes on my Windows7 workstation do NOT have the “shift” that seems to plague my PhotoJPEG Quicktimes.
Maybe this will help troubleshoot this on your end.

I currently have a Nvidia GeForce GTX470, but I’ve had the problem with an Nvidia Quadro FX1800 and an ATI Radeon HD4000 series.
Make sure you use a Blackmagic SD AVI file, I use the uncompressed 10 bit and 8 bit codecs.
Did you look at James Orlowski’s videos? They really illustrate the problem well.
