    Rafael, thank you again for the helpful information. It appears I have some reading to do and tutorials to watch. I’m keeping all of these emailed posts I receive and will have them on hand when I begin. they’ll be very helpful.

    And, you will all most certainly have numerous failures at the start if you don’t receive training, and if the next guy knows what he’s doing your reputation and your company’s investment will be wasted.

    Would you hang your shingle out as a lawyer after a few days of studying on the Internet? How about as a doctor? What makes you think things are so damn easy in the video profession that you can just jump right in as a hired professional?
