Oh, and are you connecting those GPUs using SLI connectors? Don’t do that.

February 22, 2012 at 11:09 pmCheck in Windows Device Manager, and verify in the Display Adapters section that Windows actually sees all those cards properly. I would not be surprised if you see some yellow !’s there.

February 22, 2012 at 11:21 pmTried without monitors hooked up to bottom 3 cards, and without quad sli bridge. Still says 1 gpu in davinci. All 4 cards are detected properly by windows (no conflicts or errors)
Also, all 4 cards show up in the cuda toolkit no issues there.Could it be that resolve doesn’t support gpus running in x8 pci-e mode?

February 22, 2012 at 11:37 pmI would try pulling one card out and running 3 GPUs because with that board and the four cards you are out of PCIe lanes.
