We are having the same issue with the picture being squeezed on SD 4×3 sequences since we upgraded to CS6 and BlackMagic v9.5 driver. The Decklink HD Extreme card outputs the SD video squeezed. HD video output looks fine. I called Blackmagic support a week ago and they did not have a fix. They said they would inform the product manager of the problem. Until there is a fix we have gone back to using CS5.5 and Blackmagic v9.2 driver.

May 14, 2012 at 8:46 pmHey Jeff, Thanks for the heads up. Finally someone who is seeing this issue. I was beginning to think other viewers of this post thought I was insane. Hopefully Blackmagic can get a fix out for this problem.
Thanks for taking the time to respond

May 16, 2012 at 3:17 amInstalled CS6 Production Premium yesterday on Window 7 Ultimate platform with Decklink Studio card installed. All works fine except for SD in Premiere Pro. SD output, whether through HDMI or component, is horizontally squashed and jerky on any connected monitors. I spoke to Blackmagic support in Australia today. The support tech was unaware of the problem, so tried it on his hardware while I waited on the phone. He came back to me and said he was getting exactly the same problem on his machine. He suggested it was in fact a software bug, not reported earlier due to recent release of CS6 and new Blackmagic drivers. He said he would log the problem and felt sure that it would be quickly attended to in the form of a driver update. Let’s hope so.
Just for reference CS 5.5 is running without problems.
