DV codec. As was mentioned before, drop your timeline into a ProRes or even an uncompressed sequence.
Watch out for slo mo shots if you are changing from a lower field to upper field sequence. (This is mostly a PAL problem)

My sequence is already uncompressed 8 bit. I also tried a ProRes sequence and no improvement. Thanks for your response.

Yes, I checked that , everything is at 100%, Full, Best, High, etc. etc. Still no improvement. Thanks…
