Activity Forums Adobe After Effects Creating Lower 3rds for Premiere in AE

    Premiere and After Effects work together. You can cut and paste from Premiere to After Effects. Design your lower third in After Effects and render out the lower third. In the render queue, to the right of the words Output Module is a dropdown menu. Choose Lossless with Alpha. You will either get an avi or a quicktime movie depending on your platform. ‘
    A great tutorial (if you got the bucks) is Steve Holmes’ Edit to Output’ from Total Training. It has a whole section on lower third creation AE/Premiere.
