April 20, 2013 at 2:53 amI could be wrong but what I think the poster is trying to say is why hasn’t Vegas taken the route of Premiere and After Effects and let you physically copy and paste effects with set keyframes into other clips. It really is a pain to have to save plugin chains or effects settings when all I really want to do is have the ability to copy and and paste effects/keyframes from one to the other.

April 21, 2013 at 6:34 amOK and when you want to copy it once again and tweak it a little bit, you have to save it once again… endless preset saving. Then you loose control which preset is used on which event.
They should implement an option of copying one fx, not all event properties along with pan/crop adjustments. Simple as that.

April 22, 2013 at 8:37 amwhile Sony should consider adding this in a future build, we have some 3rd party plugins already that do such tasks.

what plugins are you talking about? Yu mean Vegasaur? It surely does some things but its still not perfect.
