[Shawn Miller] “Nice – I hope you report back with your experiences after you’ve had it for a while!”

I’ve done some light to heavy AE comps, editing, grading and mastering and it’s been really good. I would not use this for some super high res stuff because of the GPU RAM. The second screen is really useful and as a bunch of reviewers have said that this should be the default going forward. One could even slap the track mixer panel on there and use the touchscreen to move the faders around.

This is great to know, thank you!

[Tero Ahlfors] “I just got one of these for work. The extra half screen is really cool and you can fit all kinds of extra panels/palettes on it.”

    Nice. Nice.

    [Tero Ahlfors] “Or watch Netflix.”

    Ah, perfect.

I like how you push a button and it blows blue pixie dust out of the vent.

I’m sure if I had a screen like that i’d figure out how to use it. Although, people really complained about the Touch Bar on the MBP, but maybe if it’s a bit bigger. The touchpad on the right of the computer is interesting. That could work well. Very innovative design.
