    in Compressor, you assigned the channels, correct? It woudl take 6 clicks to do this, not just dropping a preset on a file.

    Here are exactly the steps I’m taking:

    Select the preset:

    Drag onto the source:

    Swear to g*d.

    Are you sure your bluray player and receiver are setup properly?

    How are you authoring the bluray? Is it really a blueray or DVD?

    It’s being done in Toast from one .avc, and the one .ac3 with matching names. The video is definitely blu-ray, and the .ac3 is the file in question.

    I’ve checked all the settings in my blu-ray player, and tested with another surround blu-ray which plays successfully.
