That’s not a supported OS for your version of MC.
See https://avid.custkb.com/avid/app/selfservice/search.jsp?DocId=267087, and stick to that religiously. Especially when using unsupported hardware configs.

i think it is windows error

i check by other apps, and when i set right com and try play vtr, system give me “blue” screen and reset

something break in my system

only reinstall now

it is unusual
