I had tried that and the video still vibrates so Ive posted this issue on the adobe forums.

January 7, 2011 at 5:34 pmOn the YouTube output, was the video scaled (resized) at all? Fine details can shimmer especially when scaling. Right-click the video clip in Premiere timeline and in Field Option, choose “Flicker Removal” and see if that helps.

Unfortunately the only thing that works atm, is when I go clip, modify, interpret footage, then I match the field order to source. But then Im faced with a new problem, the resultant file is HUGE. 5 seconds of footage is 20mb
