    In Export settings, under the VIDEO tab, looks for FIELDS, it can be set as Lower, Upper, or Progressive

    I had tried that and the video still vibrates so Ive posted this issue on the adobe forums.

    On the YouTube output, was the video scaled (resized) at all? Fine details can shimmer especially when scaling. Right-click the video clip in Premiere timeline and in Field Option, choose “Flicker Removal” and see if that helps.

    Unfortunately the only thing that works atm, is when I go clip, modify, interpret footage, then I match the field order to source. But then Im faced with a new problem, the resultant file is HUGE. 5 seconds of footage is 20mb
