capturing with firewire 800

Hey Luke.

I recently completed a review of the Sonnet D800RAID. It should be up on the cow soon.

It’s an external RADI that comes with a card, basically everything you need to get off the ground. Most modern eSATA solutions are selling these types of packages, so you buy it and it has eveything you need in it. The D800RAIDS are PCIe only though, so unless you have a newer G5 that has PCIe you might have to look elsewhere.
