    Hi Rob,

Yup i seem to have misread your post and was still capturing and recording guitar in Cubase. So i need to record the cam feeds onto tape at the same time as recording the guitar in Cubase, then import both cams footage and the guitars wav into vegas and sync.
Just one more question if ya don’t mind, when exporting the guitar from Cubase, should i export as a WAV file or a Wave 64 file?

    Thanks again for the advice.

Ya, you’ve got it now! Exporting as an ordinary .Wav is fine it doesn’t need to be a Wave 64 file. Remember when this goes onto DVD all the waves will become AC3 anyways! The only crucial thing is matching Sample and Bit Rates, so you can sync properly. See this post https://forums.creativecow.net/readpost/55/859353 in the DVD Authoring Forum, for critical information about encoding settings for AC3. I just learnt this from posting a question there, and it makes a helluva lot of difference! Danny’s suggestion is also a GREAT one, especially if you have only one camera.
