Sassy, take some screen-grabs and upload here. IMO it’s the only way we can all move this forward – I hear your frustration.

So, take some screen-grabs and post them in your thread here.

    Cheers

    Grazie

I probably seem rather dumb (and a bit annoying), but I don’t know how to do screengrabs… Could I upload a clip from youtube of the problem? Is that against the rules or something?
Sorry if I sound a bit clueless… Even though I am rather clueless…

Do you know what a Screen-Grab is?

I believe it’s like a screenshot, right? Such as a picture of my editor? A picture wouldn’t exactly show my problem fully.

It would be a start. Then we could ask you more questions!

Well, I can give a few. This isn’t a very GOOD way to do screengrabs, but this is all I know how…
Well, when I opened my editor back up after resetting my entire computer, it didn’t do this anymore. If it continues, I shall let you guys know, hopefully. Thanks for looking at this thread in the first place. 🙂

You have a screen capture built into Windows 7.
When you press the “PrtScreen” key, the contents of your screen are copied to the clipboard. You can then run “Paint” (it comes with Windows), paste from the clipboard and save as a JPEG, then upload it and embed it in your message. You can buy better screen grab applications, I use Snagit, for example.

I love Snippy – much better than just alt-PrtScr.

After you have the grab, bring up FastStone editor
    https://www.faststone.org/

and Paste what you just grabbed, then save it.

To upload here, click the little camera icon in the Cow toolbar.
