I use different sizes, whichever ones are laying around… all 14.4v of course… but the most common ones I use are rated 5.9Ah 85WH

Do you have the 2412 (12v) or the 2415 (15v) series light?

I don’t know about the model number, but mine are the 15v versions.

Specifically, which battery and mount retrofit models did you use? Mine came with an “A-mount” and I would like to try these batteries.

I couldn’t say the exact model of the battery plates that I used… they were ones I had laying around from other projects or off of other things.

You can readily buy them though, I think if you get them from AB they are about a hundred bucks… but they are available far cheaper on eBay…

How many hours do you get out of that battery?

I dunno… as I said above, I’ve never had one die. I ran a test once and got bored after 8 hours and turned it off. It was still going then.

    Hi everyone,
I also need lighting advice. First of all, I am new here, just found while looking for advice, and i really enjoy being here…
Was just wondering if anyone have any experience with the video camera LED lights? I want to purchase LED light with stand and another on-camera light for studio but should be cheap.
    Someone suggested me following lights

    Any suggesyion?
    Good or waste of money?

    Thanks in advance

    I own those exact instruments.

Did you read the posts already in this lengthy thread? Lots of discussion about them above.

    Hey Brian-

Why did you end up selling the 72s? Looking at those as a replacement for a 200W Lowel Rifa that won’t generate as much heat. The 2415 looks a little smaller than the 72. Do you think either of these has enough power to replace the Rifa?

    Thanks!

    Troy
