March 13, 2014 at 5:12 pmSpecifically, which battery and mount retrofit models did you use? Mine came with an “A-mount” and I would like to try these batteries.

March 13, 2014 at 6:14 pmI couldn’t say the exact model of the battery plates that I used… they were ones I had laying around from other projects or off of other things.
You can readily buy them though, I think if you get them from AB they are about a hundred bucks… but they are available far cheaper on eBay…

March 20, 2014 at 3:47 pmI dunno… as I said above, I’ve never had one die. I ran a test once and got bored after 8 hours and turned it off. It was still going then.

May 12, 2014 at 8:27 pmHey Brian-
Why did you end up selling the 72s? Looking at those as a replacement for a 200W Lowel Rifa that won’t generate as much heat. The 2415 looks a little smaller than the 72. Do you think either of these has enough power to replace the Rifa?
Thanks!
Troy
