BMD 4K Extreme or Aja Kona 3G?-Suggestions

Thanks for the info Oliver. Im trying to future proof by buying a 4k card. As far as Thunderbolt, that sounds like a good idea, however I currently haven’t any computers with thunderbolt. Im kinda In a pickle, I guess. Sounds like Decklink cards are pretty good. They are a lot cheaper than Aja Cards. I’ve always had very good experiences with my Aja products, though, and I’ve always been able to talk with someone there.

You really should confirm with AJA that your Kona 3 card won’t work with the Kona 3G drivers.
