Thanks for your helpful responses. Its seems that did the trick, its now playing back clearly in quick time. I’m going to play in on a telly and see how it looks.

I was having problem with footage that I had changed the speed on blurring after the render. When I went into the speed otions and unchecked the frame blending the footage rendered just great.
