Best output format when rendering a project to be burned to DVD?

My next question then, what MPEG2 option would be best to render both the audio and video into one file for playback, instead of the already mentioned two separate files? I understand that this is a more simpler, not-as-optimal way of burning a project to DVD, but think of it as a Plan B. Thanks guys.

Open the MPEG2 template, select the Audio tab and check “Include Audio”. Then save the template under a new name and use it.
