I devloped a plugin over the last years, that allows everyone to write their own video filters, by providing a free and simple development environment and language.

The plugin goes by the name FXbench and supports Adobe Premiere, Adobe Premiere Pro, most likely Adobe Premiere Elements (not yet tested), Ulead VideoStudio and Ulead MediaStudio Pro.

The Plugin comes along together with 80+ predefined filterdefinitions that can be used out of the box, without any further knowledge of the programming.
