    > What if you already have a Creative Cloud subscription? Can you take advantage of the NAB special to get Creative Cloud for 29.99/month for your second year?

That’s a good question for Adobe Customer Service:

A correction to my above CS6 DVD statement – I looked it up in my business expenses for last year, and it was $25.20 – the backup discs (20 bucks) and shipping from the west coast. I would have paid fifty just to have those discs on hand…

I am kind of surprised how quickly some folks easily give up the control of their purchased software. I dont understand this lemming like approach.

I agree with this and would rather just buy the CSnext update when it comes out. But they’ve made it so only the Cloud subscription allow installation on both Mac+PC so unless this is changed it looks like I may have to jump on the bandwagon.

Yes, I can understand why you would make that choice.

    Tom –

I also think that there’s a generation of users coming along who tend to rely upon and trust the Internet so much, that they’re willing to take their chances with something which might go down now and then, but is no big deal to them.

Me…I’m paranoid…I don’t want my CS6 DVDs more than 10 feet away from me at any given time. And I look at the Cloud, in any incarnation, as a broad extension of Big Brother’s arm, ready to swoop in and snatch up my identity, my brain (what’s left of it, anyway), and my bank account (what’s left of it…).

This seems not to be valid in Sweden, or am I wrong?
