February 4, 2014 at 8:25 pmIsn’t that just the universal menu at the bottom of the page, and NOT a list of software used on that video?

February 4, 2014 at 10:21 pmHi
I find it extraordinary – with 30 years hindsight 😉 – that Apple’s 0th Mac anniversary (= birthday) announcement presentation contains NO video at all, except the 1984 Super Bowl ad, and a SLIDESHOW and animated screen grabs !!!!! All recorded on VHS (or 3/4″).I truly hadn’t remembered how the huge expense of video production in 1984 ruled it out for everyone except the extreme elite…. Even Apple could only afford 60 seconds.

February 5, 2014 at 12:53 amLord knows you need an Avid to make all those cuts. No other system does a cut like Media Composer. An don’t even talk about doing a dissolve with X….

February 5, 2014 at 12:30 pmIf you give the right people enough money and access they could shoot that stuff on anything modern and it would look good. It isn’t about the toys or the manufacturer, it’s about talent

February 5, 2014 at 1:56 pmThere’s a clip around 1 minute in with a Japanese guy that looks like he’s controlling little hovering helicopter things through his body movement. I’d love to know more about that.

February 5, 2014 at 7:48 pmThere is also an iPhone grip/mount at 0:45 that I would like to purchase. It’s attached to a red handle. Anyone know who makes that?
Thanks

February 6, 2014 at 7:35 pmI looked through Zacuto’s site and didn’t see anything like the one shown in the video. I wish there was some list of all the gear used in that video.

February 6, 2014 at 8:03 pmI think Zactuo only has a few:

The only reason I thought of it because you said red handle.
I looked at the video at :45 seconds and didn’t see anything like you described (or any iPhone handle at all) so I’m not quite sure what you are looking at.
